Is Annenberg School of Nursing completed online?

No, the LVN program at Annenberg is NOT recognized as an online program. Often, the term "online program" is thought to be interchangeable with a degree that can be achieved from home, irrespective of whether it's nursing or any other domain. But, while "online LVN programs" are present in California, the requirement of in-person completion of clinical rotations remains steadfast.

While it's true that certain schools permit a portion of the coursework to be accomplished online, there is a significant segment that requires the physical attendance of nursing students. It is in these in-person clinical rotations that students start to acquire skills to interact with patients. The hands-on aspect of nursing education is something that cannot be entirely catered to in a virtual setting.
